Its kinda surprising Nightmare isn't afraid of Marisa because of her "Master Sparks" since thats about one of the few things that could possibly kill him in that state.

The Master Spark is just a blast that's fired off from Marisa's Mini-Hakkero (Mini Elemental Furnace), meaning it's literally just a conglomeration of plasma and heat cranked up to about 120,000x the power of the sun, Marisa just names it something related to love because she considers it her way of spreading love.

In all honesty, if we’re comparing these two from their in game counterparts then asriel would win because if you check him he has infinite attack and defence and is also something godlike with the souls of just one human. Feel free to leave your opinion in the replies though.

But he can still be defeated by Marisa wearying him out. We've seen that with Fujiwara (I think that's how you spell her name) in the same Touhou game presented here. She is invincible. So she gives up in the end. I assume that Asriel would do the same. Also, he has hit Marisa in this video many times and she survived his attacks. Plus, her hitbox makes many attacks difficult to hit with.

Lol, Nightmare is a wimp. There's so many different AU characters that are stronger than him. Characters that can beat Nightmare without a doubt: Error!Sans ; He has (from the wiki) like 9 sextillion LV. XTale!Gaster ; He could easily crush Nightmare, I don't think this Gaster even has negative thoughts that could help Nightmare. Error!404 & KingMultiverse!Sans ; Do I need to explain? Ultra-Sans ; I don't think Annoying Dog/Toby Fox would be there to absorb him. Ultra-Dust/Murder!Sans ; He was already strong, but now he has the Human SOULS. I could name off more, but I don't feel like it.

_No soy fan de Touhou ni conozco mucho del lore de ese juego pero, según varios comentarios (la mayoría en inglés y japonés), dicen que eso de los "Spell Cards" es como una regla que afecta tanto a mortales como inmortales cuando pelean. Esa regla hace que una pelea sea equilibrada para que los inmortales reciban daño incluso con ataques débiles. Incluso sin esa regla, Marisa y Reimu fueron capaces de derrotar a una diosa con el poder de destruir la realidad._ _Algo que llama la atención es que Marisa se refiere a sí misma como una "maga ordinaria" a pesar de lo rota que está y esto se debe a que en Touhou ella es realmente una maga ordinaria. A pesar de su poder, ella no se compara con otros personajes cuyo poder alcanza lo divino._

Según fanáticos, cuando Asriel logra dañar a Marisa y ella está atacando a todo poder, ahí la regla de las "Spell cards" fue anulada completamente y Marisa atacaba con intención de matar. La música que se oye en ese momento parece pertenecer a uno de los tantos juegos de Touhou donde las "Spell cards" no existen y las batallas son de vida o muerte (el tema es de Marisa como un jefe a derrotar)._ _Pero algo más que encontré fue que Asriel no habría podido matar a Marisa ya que Yukari (la de los portales con ojos) la protegió antes de lanzarla al Undertale._

Aunque aquí sería correcto decir que Asriel lo tomaba como juego y no iba en serio. Ahora aprovecharé para dar una aclaración a mi comentario anterior ya que hice parecer que Asriel quedara como una deidad inferior._ _Ambos sabemos que Asriel en su primera forma es bastante poderoso e intangible (por más que lo ataquen no recibe daño), también sus ataques están centrados en acabar a su oponente. Marisa, por otra parte, esquivaba los ataques de Asriel y lanzaba los suyos como si fuera un enfrentamiento "Spell card". Cuando Asriel encontró el punto débil de Marisa (la luz en su cintura), empezó a atacar directamente a esa parte y ella notó que esa pelea no seguía la regla de las "Spell cards". Tras ponerse seria, Marisa logró dañar a Asriel a pesar de ser intangible, causando la sorpresa de éste._ _En su segunda forma, Asriel es completamente omnipotente y Marisa no pudo hacer nada más que recibir los ataques (debes notar que todos los ataques de Asriel iban directamente al punto débil de Marisa con la intención de matar). A pesar de todo eso, Marisa sobrevivió y aquí es donde entra Yukari con su frase _*_"Sin mi ayuda, estarías muerta antes de que ese muchacho pudiera hacer algo."_*_ Esto no es fácil de entender si no explican lo que hizo. Resulta que Yukari (cuyo poder es el de controlar las fronteras) se encargó de que Marisa se quedara en la frontera de los vivos, haciendo de ella (y tal vez con las conejas también) una especie de inmortal. Marisa seguiría recibiendo daño y experimentaría todo el dolor de los ataques pero no moriría. Es por esta razón que Asriel no pudo (ni podría) matarla y de no haber sido por esa misma razón, Marisa habría muerto con el segundo o tercer ataque directo de Asriel._
