Basically a frans timeline. Sans followed frisk to the asgore fight. Diverging from canon undertale, sans drove off flowey before he could take the souls. Years later, flowey managed to get them while everyone was distracted. And in his omega flowey transformation, tore a hole into the void. The toxic mists of the void seeped out, infecting anything with monster magic. Leading to the hunger. And with it, the sickness. Multiple things are different now. Monsters quite literally eat each other alive, as they went through all the food in their ravenous hunger. The noce cream guy, for instance, is tied to his noce cream cart, most of his body is eaten, and hes fed his own entrails to regenerate. Then the process repeats the next day. Aaron, toriel, asgore, and alphys are dead. Aaron, eaten by the temmie horde. Toriel and asgore, flowey's first two victims, and toriels soul given by sans to frisk to send them through the barrier. And alphys, eaten alive by the amalgamates, who now basically own the lower half of hotland, with Muffet controlling the upper half.
