this is just me having a brain fart don't mind it. the colored paint Ink drinks slowly turns black inside of him after draining it's colors/emotions from the paint, the black paint is dangerous to Ink since the color Black in undertale usually indicates Hate, so each time he drinks the paint in his vials, he accumulates hate inside his body and is forced to spill it out since there is too much of it... again this is just a brain fart

I think you can argue they could count. As it is not as if they couldn't exist in other multiverses. DS Blue is a Blue from a glitched world that fell in the Antivoid then escaped before he could turn into an ERROR and Nightswap Blue/Slate is a Blue who realised the PLAYER exists and manipulate Chara, so he tried to free Chara going by a somewhat similar process than Dust and Killer picked. (technically, he is supposed to parallel Dust, but it is more of a Killer type of situation, as in Killer's world, the Player is implied to exist) Bunny, from the Eclipsetale Multiverse is slightly more debatable, given he has those weird hypnosis/mind control powers which we don't know where they even come from. (headcanon of mine is that this is the Blue that Nim used as inspiration for the twins body and he received some weird powers as a result) There are even some other versions still possibly going around in this Multiverse anyway, like Cloudberry (a version of Blue that also stayed too long in the Antivoid and kidnapped by Error but different from Blueberror... As in, we literally see Berror appear in the story, though only briefly, so we know they are two different Blue) or Reset Blue, a version of Blue who is the sole person left in his own timeline, having to deal with Chara trying to psychologically break him and make him drop his ideals, while Blue tries to figure out how to bring back everyone (people started to disappear more ad more after each reset, until only Blue was left)
