Work on rehabilitating zp, municipal schools. Don't give undue importance to CBSE,English medium schools. In our village there are around 10 students in zp school. Why doesn't the government advertise zp schools?

This policy is not covering main component and that is " Teachers".. Quality of teachers and their training and their moral + commitment is matters more. Teachers salaries are least concern in this policy which actually impact on teaching delivary system... If teacher is financially not satisfied then he/she will not put up 100% in teaching . Financial motivation matters a lot... There suppose to be minimum salary standard format must be decided on pan national level which will be bound on every education institute ... Honorable PM and Education minister please take a note of it and make a law on it. 🙏 Please take it positively 🙏

I realises that teachers do not want to change their mind set. They do not want to know or I should say that they are not interested to know about NEP 2020, FLN ,EEC . They are like that अरे छोड़ो क्या करना जैसे चल रहा है चलाओ।

This is only on paper scheme. In reality this has zero impact . School suffering from teacher shortage . Last vacancy of teacher in KVS NVS Happened in 2022 after this no VACANCY is published 2 year gone. Teacher are less and workload is maximum..
