Although gas is filled only 7 kg but your car level indicator shows gas is full. Why ? For better finding on this topic u must fill both cars simultaneously together than only we can determine perfectly. Also temperature of cylinder of car during filling also matters on qty of gas filled. Colder the cylinder more gas will b filled.

Pressure and temperature both play a role in the filling and working of CNG . In winter you will get more gas and more mileage. In summer it will be less because outside temperatures are high plus gas when pumped gets heated up . Pankaj what have you done to protect your engine from CNG

This might be deliberate. Fourth time machine run karne may it will only fill 1 kg but it will take most about of time to take pressure up from 190 to 220 in car. There are many cars waiting in line. CNG gas station can maximize profit by cutting supply on third fill. It's all about money. In smaller city they don't do that because of not many cars in waiting
