They say, "Don't feed the bears," for a couple of reasons. One is that people feed animals junk that isn't good for them. Bear chow is part of their regular diet. The second is that, if you are dealing with wild bears, you don't want them to associate humans with food. When animals do that, they end up dead b/c they aren't afraid of hunters or humans wanting to do them harm, and if people do something stupid & get attacked by a wild animal, then the animal is killed for just normal behavior, when it's stupid & abusive humans who are at fault.

I'm 41 and we used to go every summer when we were little. We'd go to Santa's Land or to Ghost Town in the Sky. Now my 19 year old daughter has been going with my parents since she was a baby. They just left today going up there to stay for a week. I wish I was little again, we always had so much fun!!

It’s kinda sad to see the park in somewhat disrepair like this. You can tell the areas that have some care and maintenance put into them and the areas that don’t. Though I’m very glad to see one of these Santa themed parks still open as they truly are a time capsule.

Your daughter has grown up so much, she reminds me of myself at her age - and I can't stop myself from smiling. Me and my dad had an amazing friendship, and he was the one that started my collection, and so-called "Homeseum". He was the one that sparked my interest in History and the Uncanny, I miss him dearly, life has never been the same since 2008.
