This brought great nostalgic memories for me. Fifty years ago my husband and I brought our three year old son, Smokey, to Santa Land. He was terrified of Santa, would not sit on Santa's lap for a picture but stood beside Santa instead. I treasure that picture till this day. Thanks for taking me back there.

We loved taking our grandson to Santa's Land when he was younger. That was his introduction to amusement parks. He loved having me ride the roller coaster with him. So nice seeing the park look so nice! Looks like the 3 of you had a lot of fun there.

Love Santa Land. My husband an I use to take our kid's there when they was little. They all grown now. So now we go with the grandkids every chance we can. So many memories. Love the video!!

Wow the memories while watching especially the giant kangaroo I have a picture of my son in the pouch when he was a toddler in the early 80's. Still looks like fun, enjoyed watching you all have fun great video 👍💕

Come to Southern Indiana and check out Holiday World. I believe it actually started as a Santa Land and grew up! It has rides, shows, water park anis only an hour northwest of Louisville, KY

Santa Land was real nice. There was quite a few different things for people to ride on or to look at. The paddle boats were real nice, too. And the train was too. So was the roller coaster. 🎢 🎡 I really enjoyed that you could take pictures on them not like most amusement parks are. Great video. 😉🙂👍🏻🚤

My husband I didn't they had a Santa Land there. That was so much fun to watch . I know guys had to have had fun. The talk about the ena pickle was so funny. Simple things are nice these days.

Thanks for going in, I have been by there lately, but have not had a chance to go in. I think 1966 might be the year it was established, though I don't know for sure. I was there when I was a little girl and that timing would be about right. I loved this place as a little girl! It was magical! Y'all have so much fun!😊🎄👍

Loved going there when I was a kid. That chapel had a pipe organ in it. We went several years ago with my kids. I loved the Rudolph roller coaster. I'm with Dawn the rabbit is scary.

Yes remember it. When 2007, my mom, cousin, aunt and I went to Santaland, Cherokee. Just very first time there. Oh love it, very old amusement park, much fun all day so very tired 😪 Good memories many years ago. Right now I’m older and want go more amusement parks. ❤️🫶🏻

I just commented about Santa's Land on one of your other videos. I loved going there when I was little. Did they get rid of the fish where the paddle boats are? The last time we were there, there was so many, it looked like they were on top of each other!! The Rudy Coaster was the first roller coaster I was ever brave enough to get on. I've never been a fan of them. I remember we'd stop at the gift shop on the way out and my sister and I would always be excited to get one of their rings. Even though they were fake, you'd of thought we were getting a priceless diamond ring!! Sorry for rambling, I just have a lot of fond memories from Santa's Land. Sometimes, I wish I was little again!! We didn't realize how good we had it, when things were so simple!! Another wonderful video!!🥰🎅🤶🎄

Y'all are kids at heart!! Hey, you got to see Lemu the Emu lol from Liberty commercials. Those displays are very cute. Haha in a pickle! We have paddle boats at Fairystone State Park in Virginia, they are fun to ride. I love Christmas time, I'm gonna start decorating after Halloween. This year I have been getting things together for Operation Christmas Child, I'm gonna do a boy and a girl box, its my first year but I have been led for a few years to do it, I'm excited!!!!! I'm with Dawn on the big creepy bunny. I have pics of me crying terrified as a child next to a 6 ft bunny. I just came to realize as I got older I, as a child, recognized bunnies should not be that big, that's why they scared me. I was a smart kid...lol Plus the bunny costumes in the early 70's were just creepy.
