Santa's Village - One of America's Most Charming and Underrated Theme Parks!

When you think of immersive theme parks in the US that the entire family can enjoy, your mind probably directly goes to either Florida or California. One of the last places you'd guess would probably be at the top of... New Hampshire? Such is the case for Santa's Village, a family theme park that spreads Christmas spirit and joy like NO where else in the country! This past June, I made my first visit to Santa's Village since the mid-90's, and did I not realize just how incredibly wonderful this park is. We also got to check out their brand new family Vekoma coaster, Midnight Flyer, that just officially opened a few weeks ago! Very rarely do you keep a smile on your face the entire time you're at a park, but Santa's Village is absolutely one of them. Check out today's vlog and see for yourself!

Man, I took my daughters like a couple days after you on the 4th lol. I, too, went as a kid. My mom took me when I was like 3 months old, I guess. Love the place! Nice vid!

I have actually never been here just because Story Land always seemed more interesting to us, and was closer and near other North Conway attractions. But many of my coworkers preferred Santa's Village as a kiddie park.

Storyland probably has the better overall rides (and obviously coaster), but Santa’s Village is the better overall park IMO. Highly recommend regardless of age!

You should review the Maine coasters! I have Excalibur as my #7 out of 50 and top wooden coaster to date, ahead of the likes of Phoenix, Twister, Boulder Dash (rerode and actively dislike this one), and Coney Island Cyclone among others. I got 17 total rides on it in a day, 15 of those in the 2nd to back row on the left side. There's the magic seat combining airtime, smoothness, and not smashing my knee like I did on the right. The first drop was elite, second drop good, then some crazy airtime bunny hops and solid laterals the rest of the way. You're missing out on that one! I also thought Sea Viper at Old Orchard Beach had surprisingly strong lateral forces, and have it 26 out of 50. They both take your photos but Excalibur's is at the bottom of the first drop while Sea Viper's is during the ending helix which is taken extremely tightly. Overall I had an incredible day up there and would love to see it given the Coaster 365 treatment!

I haven’t been to that park since I was 5 Rudy’s rapid transit was one of my first ever coasters as well I love the charm that park has definitely gotta go back one day

Nice. You sold me on pairing this park with the White Mountains when I find the time to get up there. I rode my first and still only Visa Spinner over 500 at EL. I might be tempted by the Penguins though. Or the Turtles (vs. the nuclear fallout in Ohio) Or the historic one in Idaho...
