Surely it's 1981, Carlos is playing the earlier version of PRS guitars with his Yamaha SG2000 setup (hence why his tone is thinner compared to the heavy body japanese piece).

There is a small intersection in the video between 8:58-9:05, where Carlos plays his Yamaha SG2000. Doesn't look like it is from the same part of the concert as it jumps back to Carlos playing the PRS. However, in the early 80's Carlos was playing both his Yamaha SG and the PRS that Paul Reed Smith made for him in concerts.
