Whenever I hear this masterpiece, I’ve always pictured myself on a small yacht in the Gulf of Mexico looking out over the water , sunlit , splashing up. Going max speed. Celebration of life ! Thanks to God for gifts of music to Carlos and Neal.

My dad’s favourite guitarist at the end of his life, and I’m starting to appreciate his playing more. A great philosophy to life shown in his quotes. One of forgiveness, anti-hatred and a belief in something higher than himself. Exactly what my dad believed.

Caravanserai,I thought, when I first heard it when it was released, was a Masterpiece! Then my buddy, Lockwood and myself, listened to it whilst trippin ,it was on a quadraphonic system his older bro made. It never lost it's magic to this day. Right RK. Sadly we don't speak much anymore.Such is life! Yogananda ROCKS!!!

A MÚSICA AO FUNDO TOCANDO NO MEU CONJUNTO JUNTO POLYVOX NO VINIL FOI EXATAMENTE ESSA.ESSAS MÚSICA EU BATIZEI DE " SONG OF THE ZÊNEA " ASSIM É A HISTÓRIA DESSA MÚSICA.

Carlos and Neal have also later stated that it was fully intentional to make them sound identical, making the transition between the guitars smooth and almost seamless.

Wish I had a picture of the poor guy in traffic on the Tijuana side of the border. It was slo-mo. He was battered, bleeding, probably drunk, just trying to get enough together to eat. Pray for him, and if you find some good slides of Tijuana, not just the tragedies that exist on both sides, pls add them here.
