It's cool that Brody King is training guys. He also seems alot more chilled out than his appearance lol. His appearance makes you think that he's gonna be a drill Sargeant, but it seems like he has the ability to connect with the trainees...and that's cool.

Man, if I didn't have so many health issues, I'd be on my way to sign up for classes asap. Maybe some day I can get a lil training if I'm able to get my body in okay shape. 😅

Took what i learned from this video and convinced my friend to let me chop him, left a hand print shaped welt on his chest and he said it didn't hurt, so I guess I did it right🤷‍♂️

When I was like 19, I told a kid I knew who did HS wrestling to chop me, and that shit stung and took my wind away...and he was kinda small. That's why I was surprised, cuz i thought the chops were hard like the chair shots used to be.

Yes I agree because I was trained in Mexico And the Downward chop You feel Blood rising to the surface I was trained by the Late La Parka but then I went Up to SWA in Canada and trained By Lance Storm I agree chops freaking Suck.
