I love my 210 gyuto and I'm looking forward to adding a 240 to my kit one day but my next buy is for sure a Santoku as my fiancé finds the 210 a bit intimidating.

I like my 230mm western style chef's knife but at home, where I use Japanese knives, I go for shorter blades since the space is way smaller 😂😂
