Then why do you have to rub sausage on it? It’s moot point. Just say, “take care of your knife.” And boom videos done in 4 seconds! That’s all you really said anyway.

just grind the damage out on a low rpm wheel, then use a1x30 low rpm 40 or 80 grit to start, then; 120;240;600 1200; 3000; then finer grit if you want, or straight to polishing belt, 15 minutes should do it

I have used warm apple cider vinegar. Slicing lemons. Onion slices, stabbing a large grapefruit. I have heard blood, (raw beef) makes it more blue but have not tried it yet.

Im gonna say it because I don't think I heard you say it, but this tool basically takes out all the small bends in the knife's blade. It DOES NOT actually "sharpen" the blade. Again, in no way does this tool make a knife sharper, it only makes the blade straighter which gives a better cut.
@dodobird41558 сағат бұрын
Not really, ceramic can make little teeth at the edge, which looks pretty mich like micro saw, that helps in cutting, so it doesnt restraight the edge, but it gives more bite to the edge, which is making knife sharper.
@Minecraft_Maniac_Man8 сағат бұрын
@dodobird4155 you do not want your chef's knife edge to look like a micro saw. The sharpest Japanese knives have a cutting edge that when looked at under a microscope is incredibly smooth.
