Hi Santosh.. A deductible is a set amount which patient needs to pay each year for healthcare before plan starts to share the costs of covered. Can u please check and clear whether the amout is paid to provider or Insurance?

Hello sir, I have a silly question to you. And that is If a patient deductible amount is $5000 & he paid $5000 deductible than he/she will get benefits till the time until insurance cover $5000 claim amount or they can will get coverage of $7000 ? In short, if patient take plan of $5000 than payer will give benefits of $7000 or not?

Plan will start covering the policy benefits amount. It could be anything which patient has opted.

hi sir, i have a qstn, if pt have 2 ins primary or secondary. we received a denial from primary as a PR1, PR2, PR3 . so we need to send claim to secondary ins or bill to pt . As per my opinion we send claim to secondary ins. ( m right or worng)
