Please Help. When I put the vegetables into the juice extractor they just shoot out through the black cover and straight into the bucket without being juiced. I just cant figure it out.

Hi Chris, You probably put the cover upside down. Just try to put it the other way around and it should work perfectly. You can look on the video, the way we put the cover. The long tube is inside the juicer and the short part is outside.
