As an experienced judo and jujitsu practitioner, I can tell you that shit hurts. There is absolutely nothing exaggerated about it. Many of these types of submission attacks are not allowed in sports grappling. You’re more than welcome to go see them and extend your arms out for them to put you in a wrist lock.
