Good techniques but I get bored when I see the unrealistic attacks (long range one-steps where the guy then freezes in place).

It has some use but if that's all you do it develops a false sense of what you can do. I've heard interviews where they talk about the sparring they did, and there is one video where they do some non contact sparring. i think what gets them thee is that most of the masters had extensive training in other martial arts, boxing street experience before they did this stuff, and they're all on average really big dudes. I mean look at them, most of them would be dangerous if they didn't train, just on shear size.

@@deejin25tbh it has no use.nobody attacks like that in real world plus nobody stands there and allows u to do all of that…..regardless of wat u do there will always be a source and the source of martial arts when it comes to self defense is reality,can I pull this up actually?Do ppl attack like this?do ppl react like this?if the answer is no wat u are doing is complete bull shit,plus these ppl actually believe they can hang with a boxer or a Kudo Karate fighter😂
