It’s a good question but they have a price and won’t budge unlike the traditional shops

These prices are all about 3x what anyone should pay. avoid fixed price stores and whenever they say a price aim for 3x lower than what they say.

You really need to remember that these people are struggling to support there families and the prices are very good, remember also some people don't like haggling so this is a great relaxed way for them to shop. Of course if you want to barter don't go to a fixed price shop, but I really don't think you will get the prices at 3x less.
