I have relatives from Bihar and have lived in many states.....from what i have seen it has second most bleak future among all states(first being bengal). Some things i observed:- 1. Zero interest of caste players in industry ....caste politics is in other states too but at least they develop industries for jobs. 2. caste voters dont want development as long as their caste people win and they can show-off power to other caste ppl. 3. No industry and no private jobs means everyone is fighting for few gov jobs and therefore reservation becomes a central issue there...more than any other state. 4. From what i have observed, general castes simply dont hold any power in Bihar..most of them already made some other state..so in coming years we will likely see lots of political rivialries there between people of other castes wanting more influence.....unless something like Hindutva becomes a uniting force.

@@vickyvicky2734 it's not just bihar....if u ask me details if other states i can describe that as well...even other countries...as i always had an interest in anthropology and how societies develop. For bihar i had more knowledge cos lots of friends in company where i worked earlier...as well as relatives. Also it always irked me how ppl from nearly all states gang up to target biharis....even those from near failed states like bengal blame their problems on Biharis (which is ridiculous....their left delusion is reason of their downfall). Apart from bihar 's problem...the reason why biharis are targeted so much imo....is a very negative trait of indian society.....where indians are ready to respect a criminal but will ridicule a hardworking poor. Even among relatives, there would be one poorest relative who would be centre of gossip and ridicule for rest of family...sadly bihar is that relative in indian family currently. with all its issues ....the amount of absurd racism biharis get simply because of poverty &job search is certainly not justified.....and india as a whole shall do some self-inteospection on this....since lets be honest...none of indian states can be called 'rich' in a global context.

When internal conflicts take such a giant size then its impossible to cure the things with existingg culture (Hindu) which is already weakened or even competing/enemy culture. which is already wicked or evil... Psychologically all this can be cooled down by merging into a quite different setup.... I guess ...it will be CHINA.... OBC n reservation politics and Muslim/Hindu politics [which is hoolism and lootism] With such forces dancing with full force, India is not left with a much longer runway now... Finally India will have to disintegrate to merge slowly in China... If many hundreds of people like Yogi do not take charge and start action soon...... I think, providing or getting some provision of reservation is not a very big deal but besides that hitting humiliating general class badly People are not realizing the overall loss already happened to India's sustainability which is growing day by day... America/Europe and China understand this and using by all possible means ...
