I know that Hon Luttamaguzi studied economics and worked at/ for UN before he joined politics. I also know that he likes talking . So I wonder why he never talks or debates economics in parliament. From the opposition , the only MPs who debate economics are Semujju Nganda and Muwanga Kivumbi .
