very good video. Im in the new job and it's a hot topic for me. but still can't find the right answers. we have many work centers and about 12 of them are highly overcapacity. products we make are very complex and can go through 20 work centers. also many products are one off. I'm struggling with capacity planning, especially as with so many work centers its easy to loose sequance for midpoints. also I'm not sure if this tool is intended to level capacity long term

Both are different. Dispatch is similar to scheduling the order/operation based on the availability of the work centre and priority.
