Is markup same as transfer price. What are scenarios/ requirements when markup will be required

Suppose company A produces a car machine and it has a market outside, and Company B is a subsidy company of Group Company A and it is producing cars and the machine is SFG of Company B. So, the selling company may sell at market price and as per account standard these goods should show cost or NRV which ever is lower. So in consolidation, IFRS is not allowed to show closing stock with the legal value of two companies. They have to eliminate mark up and show closing stock value at cost or NRV which ever is low.
