Ck11n allow you to calculate the cost of material. Costing variant determines diffn values from sap system.

Sir, how to configure the product cost for goods where there is no BOM involved, like trading concern point of view, because they are buying the product and sell the product with some margin. Kindly explain if possible

In trading company cost is booked itself at the time of booking of purchase by accounts and stock valuation done in backround itself on what valuation type you opted i.e. Std cost or moving avg or fifo etc. There is no need for bom as no manufacturing is there.
