Hallo Karma. Thank you for your affords and your video. It would be good if you were showing actions more quickly and comment each action, so that pauses do not occur. Sometimes you dont talk and nothing happens in the video, it is boring and one might think "doesn't she know what to do?"

Many places you have not explained why it has been created. example While creating secondary cost element you were selecting 42 and then 43 type without explaining anything. then in further training we were finding it difficult why certain steps are being followed. in the begining itself you should have set the points how the training would be done

The class explanation should be more to the point and concise. Just to select activity type, you took so long explaining the different types that can be selected. Just select one and move on instead of over explaining and losing the audience concentration. Some parts were so boring and silent just to select a particular item from the list and continue. Otherwise, you need to prepare yourself better as a professional.
