MBA HR wont do any good for your SAP fico background. As you are a bcom graduate, you can try to pursue SAP fico career even after MBA HR. For MBA HR , SAP HCM module would be perfect. you can also opt for Successfactors, which is really in demand.

Yes bangalore there are lot of institutions. But choosing a location for learning SAP doesn't make any sense.. Try to learn from consultants, who actually do implementation.

Abap is one of the best modules. As you said, if you don't have interest in programming it won't be a great idea to choose Abap. If not Abap, you can choose logistics modules. Or bw4hana or SAC. These are sap analytics.. But its difficult to find trainers in kerala.

Dont look for a huge salary as a fresher. To develop yourself as a good consultant it will take 1 or 2 years. so initial salary expectations should be kept moderate. good luck...

I wont recommend SAP HCM for you, as we needs to have HR domain knowledge. you can choose technical module which doesnt needs programming... BI/BW, BOBJ, Fiori doesnt need programming skills. if functional modules , you can do SAP MM, SD or S4hana simple logistics.

Don't do power user. Get trained on S4hana version. Check trainers profile on LinkedIn. Get contacts of prevs students. Check their profile also on LinkedIn.

No... Different versions of SAP.. S4hana is advanced. And R3 is almost obsolete.. SAP will soon stop support for R3. So better to learn S4hana.

It depends on how many employees you have and the kind of business you do. SAP is an expensive software. Use it only if it is really needed.
