Why did you map being to date transformation? Why did you map the red fields with constants ?

Red fields is required fields. They therefore need a value. You can either map wiht real value, a constant or bypass it and disable the field. If there is red fields in the mappin you cannot run it. I dont know what happed with that date field.

Can't Duplicate Subtree. I'm getting the same error message as yours 28:53 . You still proceeded which deleted the duplicated subtree. Can you please guide me how to duplicate subtrees properly so that the duplicated subtree don't get deleted?

Solved. The trick is to assign a constant directly to the segment. In this video, a constant should be assigned to E1EDK03. Thanks.

Good you got it resolved. Yes you need constans for duplicated fields and remember to fill a 1 in the attributes

I'm getting this error - "The configured source directory does not exist :com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Directory does not exist- D:\New" Can anyone help me?

You need to make sure that D exist on the server where you are running SAP PI.
