How price determined into sale order.? The price determined into sale order based on condition techniques. The condition techniques help to determine condition record. Condition record are the master data in pricing. We call it as pricing master. Condition record are in condition table. Condition table is the combination of the fields which will help to store master data. Condition tables assigned to access sequence. Access sequence is a search strategy which help to search the valid condition record from most specific to most general. It can be placed in condition type. Condition type is controls pricing element's such as base price, discount, surcharge. The condition type assigned into pricing procedure. Pricing procedure consist the condition type which are in sequence manner. Pricing procedure assigned to ovkk.

Required filed means in any condition type if we are maintained required in procedure level. If miss to enter that condition type system will not allow to save sale order. It is a mandatory to maintain condition type.
