Sometimes we underestimate the work needed because we simply didn't bother to understand the system landscape. All of a sudden we're faced with six systems instead of just three.

How testing within development system differs from testing in quality system?

In Development systems one usually just tests the parts (Unit testing) and in Quality systems one test all the parts together (Integration testing). Please see the related video on testing.

Also in some cases there is no data in the underlying D-system database. The Q-systems data is getting filled back from the P-system time by time.

When we move tr to Q server if we find any bug you said we come back to D and fix it..... My question is are we using the same TR when we do changes in D and ... How dies that work... Please explain

You’d create a new TR for the bug fixes in D. Once a TR is moved to Q you cannot bring it back.

If TR is released , then there is no option to modify it. So you need to use new TR. However, if you are using SAP Solution manager/ Charm application for TR movement and have only 1 client in Development environment, you can change the CD status to "To be tested", it will move Transport of Copy (ToC) to QA environment , in this case you can change the CD status back to "In Development" and perform further changes in same TR under a new task.
