The release strategy defines the approval process for purchasing documents. The release code in SAP is the electronic signature replacing the handwritten approval on a paper-based process. The strategy specifies the release codes necessary and the sequence in which releases must be affected. You can define a maximum of eight release codes.

Hi Sir, I have requirement where when po is created there are 4 people the notification of approval should be sent to all of them but if anyone approves then po should get released. Is it possible in sap .

Absolutely possible. Are you using flexible workflow? If not, then try discussing with your abap team or workflow team. And see from where email id is picked. And make that email to be picked from some table or custom logic. And maintain DL with 4 or 10 or whatever number is there with all people.
