Fascinating. I've just submitted my doctoral research which establishes 'Tensions Management' as a research field. It's a lens, so I'm seeing interesting ways to conceptualise aspects of SAP as the management of tensions. I also found the discussion of methodology (surfacing the mundane and making it strange) insightful into my own natural approach.
