This is easily my favourite song of his; I'm speaking completely truthfully when I say each and every one of these segments speaks to me in their own unique way. This is something i realized the other day. In the chorus of the song, in Japanese, siinamota says "言葉をばらまくように", which has traditionally been translated as "Like scattered words" in English. But, gramatically, the correct translation would be "To leave words scattered". I believe this is what siinamota wanted to transmit, and it gives new meaning to the line, and to the song.

Strobe Light is one of those songs that I always come back whenever I feel sad and down. It's an underrated song... well everyone knows about it in the vocaloid community, it's just that when people are talking about Powapowa's songs, it'd be Girl A. So pretty much I was surprised when it was brought to attention after all these years through this collab. It's very cool to see the MV has a new look now and everyone absolutely slayed it with their own parts. 🔥🔥🔥

Strobe light and astronaut have always been my comfort songs, seeing this again gives me relief that I'm not the only one who misses siinamota. I think to this day I'm still coping to his death whenever I hear his songs since his announcement of death had given me a shock since childhood. this MAP is really awesome. this song has meant a lot to me ever since i first heard it; i think about it and siinamota often. its had such an impact on me, and clearly on a lot of other people, too. in a little under a week from my writing this it'll have been nine years since his passing. i wish he could have stayed long enough to see the ways in which his art touched people.
