Q: What are the reasons behind the inability of students to speak English with fluency despite studying it for years as compulsory subject. HOW students can be made effective speakers of English language. Give RECOMMENDATIONS.

Good Question.. The main reason that students specially in Pakistan cannot speak English fluently while studying this as a compulsory subject because they don't speak English with one another or with teachers and if you want to learn any language you must do practice of speaking that language with your friends and family and even with yourself, and if someone do practice of speaking any language then nothing is difficult in this world..
