easy access menu for end user not for customizing or configuration. SPRO Use for configuration.

its use for reporting purpose, just like if your boss asking sales for the particular sales area. just like Sales Org - Delhi, Distribution Channel - Direct Sales, Division - Which Production - A or B So, you can filter these things in report and get it.

no but if you want create two diff. material in same sales order you have to define comm. dc & division.
