Sapphire Falls Perks & Amenities at Universal Orlando | Kids Suite Upgrade Surprise & Pool

We show all the perks and amenities at Sapphire Falls which is at Universal Studios Florida. They offer a water taxi that takes you to the park, or you can even walk there about 10 minutes away. They have 2 different restaurants, and we show both as well as the breakfast buffet at Amatista Cookhouse. The food is decent but nothing to rave about.
The kids LOVE the pool, especially with it having a slide. We also saw 2 different characters out. They have an arcade and gym too and a small souvenir shop. We tried their room service, which we actually liked better than the Amatista Cookhouse.
We originally booked a Lagoon View Room but when we checked in, they surprised us with an upgrade to a KIDS SUITE. That's actually never happened before but it was the best surprise ever. Made Jack's birthday even more special!

We do live in FL! We are trying to stay at a few Universal hotels but just for a night during the cheapest times. 😊 And this was to celebrate Jack's bday.
