Here are the lyrics as they are being sung: The linebreaking and stanza division is according to the music. As you can see, it doesn't correspond to the stanza and line divisions according to the meter. Even the text itself is inaccurate. There are a few words that should be elided but aren't. In some cases, the music suggests a stress placement different from the correct accent placement, hence the accent shifts in this text. One or two sounds are incorrect. The most glaring flaw though is the line Καὶ οὐκ ἐθέλοις, where, apart from the solution of κωὐκ -> καὶ οὐκ, it appears the final -a of ἐθέλοισα was just somehow forgotten. Another big thing is how a syllable is missing in the (metrically identified) line σ' ἄγην ἐς σὰν φιλότατα, τίς τ', ὦ, where the initial syllable was cut out. I do like the music and arrangement though. It's interesting that the tempo of 7/8 was chosen, a very unusual one.

Someone apparently forgot a final -a while singing. NOTE There are several other "errors" in the above text, not last of them the seemingly random line and stanza division. All of those are explained by what is done in the video - specifically, the tune doesn't care about the meter at all, and sometimes puts strong beats where there is no accent mark, leaving an actual mark on a nearby weak beat, which was rendered as a wrong accent mark.

I repost here my comment to the video, adding a translation from a reply to another comment. I will not provide a transliteration, which is probably what you mean by "romaji". Note that "romaji" is specifically a romanization of Japanese, and this is Aeolic Ancient Greek, nothing to do with Japanese. Here are the lyrics as they are being sung: Ποικιλοθρόν’ | Shimmering-throned, Ἀθάνατ’ Ἀφρόδιτα, | Immortal Aphrodite, Παῖ Διός, δολόπλοκε, | Daughter of Zeus, weaver of tales, Λίσσομαί σε· | I beseech you: Μή μ’ ἄσαισι | With vexations Μήτ’ ὀνίαισι | And griefs Δάμνα, ποτνία, θῦμον, | Don't crush, o queen, my heart, Ἄλλα τυίδ’ ἔλθ’, | But come here, Αἰ πότε κἀτέρωτα, | If ever also in other times, Τᾶς ἐμᾶς αὔδας | My voice ἄϊοισα πήλοι, ἔκλυες, | Having heard from afar, you listened, Πάτρος δὲ δόμον | And leaving your father's Λίποισα χρύσιον | Golden house Ἦλθες, ἄρμ’ ὐπαι(σ)δεύξαισα, | You came, yoking your chariot, Κάλοι δέ σ’ ἆγον | And beautiful Ὤκεες στροῦθοι | Speedy sparrows led you Πέρι γᾶς μέλαινας, | Over the black Earth, Πύκνα διννέντες | With densely-packed beats Πτέρ’ ἀπ’ ὠράνω | Of their wings, from the sky Αἴθερος δία μέσσω, | Through the middle of the air, Αἶψα δ’ ἐξίκοτο· | And immediately they arrived; Σὺ δ’, ὦ Μάκαιρα, | And you, o Blissful, Μηδιαίσα(ι)σα | With a smile Ἀθανατῷ προσώπῳ, ἦρε’ | On your immortal face, asked Ὄττι δηὖτε πέπονθα, | What again I had suffered, Κὤττι δηὖτε κάλημι, | And what again I was calling for, Κὤττι μοι μάλιστα | And what to me the most Θέλω γενέσθαι | I wanted to happen, Μαίνολᾳ θύμωϊ· | Crazy in my heart: «Τίνα δηὖτε πείθω | «Whom again shall I persuade Σ’ ἄγην ἐς σὰν φιλότατα, | You to bring to your love? The Music of Ancient Greeks.
