I checked the temperature for Sapporo Japan and yeah that's cold. 31 degrees but it feels like 18 degrees with the wind chill. That's the weather I have to deal with in the states when I deliver to Montana or Idaho. I would get a ski mask so that your whole face doesn't get cold.
