I'm trying to learn japanese and I'm surprised that I could understand that at 20:00. That building is from August 12 Meiji 14, 1889, and being 140 years old it because the oldest of that type of clock in Japan. The sound of it's bell has been there all this time watching over the people of Sapporo, announcing the time. Even from now on it'll remain here, it's bell resonating in the everyone's hearts. Right...?
