I encounter a lot of joined reports and users that like the classic calendar at my job. Are there any calendar improvements in lightning compared to classic?

Very nice tutorial, I appreciate it. I'm noticing that at 12:37 into the video you show "new task - log a call - new event - email" tabs under "Activity". I don't have that but I REALLY NEED them. How can I get them?

Our company just switched from Sales Force Classic to Sales Force Lightening and it's horrible in comparison... simply hate it.
