What would probably take me 25 years of contemplation on Mercury and it's various secrets in one session WOOW. I had to watch it at least five times to digest it all so many excellent points especially that it is the only one that goes both retro and combust !! I think it's being around Guru's like Late CS Patel that these hidden in plain sight things get noticed. Dear Sunil and Dharmesh ji, Nice video. Just one point, As per kalachakra and dik chakra principles rahu rules south west and mercury tries to block it. Mercury is the skin that protects us from external viruses. Rahu is virus and not mercury, even if mercury is alone. Other principles are nice.

Sri Rama had Mercury alone in Taurus. He is the 12th lord sitting alone in 11th house. This principle of Mercury being alone cannot be applied as it is. Need to look at other planetary strengths and combinations. When Lagnesha is strong, then come what may things will be overcome.

Darmesh Sir is Fantabulous!! Thank you so much for explaining each of these planets so wonderfully. I mean his analogies are so practical and realistic. His humor blends well and one can't deny how humble he is to deliver his extensive knowledge selflessly. He comes across as that good Samaritan professor who brings wit and amusement in the class as well as gives out set of question bank before exam :) Likewise, Sunil Sir carries the same charisma as a mentor. Sir, You are so down to earth, sensitive and the effort you put in doesn't go unnoticed. Whenever you have a discussion with Kapiel, for us it like opening a pandora box. We all enjoy the camaraderie between you two and We are all are sincerely thankful to the knowledge. Dr Arjun Pai on the other hand comes across as that one front bench nerd from whom we all run to get the photocopies of his well researched-structured notes before exams :)! and finally Kapiel as the LLB, Lord of last benches who's notorious yet we are confident that he would have the ultimate solution at the toughest hour! On a serious note, I hope you take a notice of this. My apologies I don't mean any offence but I believe it is now that we need to change the astro vocab. I mean when Dharmesh sir was putting the combinations as good or bad instead can we replace them with something less subjective. For example, putting a combination as good = (leads to) easy going=comfort zone = ego while putting it as bad = (leads to) fear= disappointment = give up attitude what if we replace them as blessing and challenge(ing) respectively then challenge = (leads to) change/transform = spiritual progress while blessing = (leads to) gratitude See, one of the things we love about Kapiel over everything else are his principles. He is so thoughtful about this opinions and the effect that would have on his audience/student's psyche. You all are at the most responsible position and we look forward to this Vidya leading to a spiritual life. My humble Namaskaras to all of you :)

I think Venus can also be retrograde during combustion. Basically all the planets revolve counterclockwise around the Sun and the ones which can come between Sun and Earth during combustion (except Moon which can never go retrograde) would show this phenomenon. For outer planets like Jupiter, Saturn etc., it is always Sun which comes in between. In fact I found an example. Check the panchang on Aug 15th, 2015. You will find Venus retrograde and perfectly combusted with Sun.

Hai guys, first I thank both the Guru's for the knowledge they are giving us. I am a student of astrology, what Mehta Ji said about Mercury(R) is true in my chart( DOB 25-02-1968 TOB 8.30 pm Tiruppattur Tamilnadu India). In my chart Jupiter has a high Ishta 54, Saturn has Digbala in 7th House and Mercury in 5th House Retrograde. I have a opinion on almost anything and I could find some logic in making others accept it( atleast in theory). Also, I give professional consultations in astrology now and then , sometime later the consultee confirms my predictions has come true. I was wondering whether it was Mercury in 5th House or Jupiter in 12th House BUT I never suspected Saturn, which Sri Darmesh Ji has pointed out and I have learnt an important aspect of Saturn.
