Excellent Video . Thanks for sharing your knowledge . My key notes from your video, correct me if anything wrong. Planned order dates calculation with basic date scheduling parameter. Available for MRP = Requirement Date (Say PIR created for the month of Nov'2023 then Requirement date = 01/11/2023) Order end date = Available for MRP - GR processing time Order start date = Order End date - Inhouse production time Opening date = Order start date - opening period

Excellent video IK...adding one point i recently came across...there is wait time we maintain in routing operation level which will also impact scheduling.
@SAPwithIK Жыл бұрын
Correct, that is part of operation lead times which also includes move time and queue time. Generally used for heat treatment/foundry processes.

Hello sir! Could you please tell me what the Delivered fields in the order and the output of confirmed products mean? What is the difference between them and how do they depend on each other?

Hello, one question, if the final date should be 21, why the mrp runs a request of purchase order for the day before, basically when the mrp run will request the purchase order for when?

Thank you ! Well said ! If don’t mind I think, using notepad or power point with examples is much better rather direct SAP screen

Another great video ! Now I have a doubt, why after the mrp run the system proposal rescheduled date of the planned order is the finish date and not when should start?
@SAPwithIK7 ай бұрын
It depends on the type of scheduling used in the plant settings.
@narenaw42582 ай бұрын
what is the difference between Capacities tab, Scheduling tab of Work Center regards to Setup Formula, Processing, etc.. Both do same, is it not duplicate ? Capacity also occupies that much time, scheduling also occupies only that much time.

why after mrp run in first planned order the start basic date was 16.11 and after the second run it was 14.11?
