He most certainly does, but the reality is the MVP only goes to QBs. The last time a non-QB won the MVP was Adrian Peterson in 2012 ironically when he had his 2,000 yard season. Sadly the MVP is gonna go to Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen. Maybe the NFL should just rename the award to MVQB. At least Barkley will get Offensive Player of the Year

Hot take: MVP should exclude QBs and they should have their own award like QB of the year or something. So many good WRs and RBs and sometimes even defensive players get snubbed of MVP because it always defaults to QB. Saquon should get it but he won't, it's gonna be Lamar or Josh Allen.

One of the best seasonal performances from a running back I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SAY! Saquon literally changed the dynamic of our offense when we already had weapons. Kudos to him for breaking 2,000 but we all wanted to see him break the record. Pray he stay's healthy in the playoffs to potentially take us to another super bowl. Love this guy, he deserves it all. I was a few minutes late getting into my first Penn State game when I heard the stadium explode. He ran back the opening kickoff. I knew he was special before even seeing him play. What a treat to have him in Philly!! IMO He’s the greatest RB of all time. He can hit the hole, make anyone miss, run people over, breakaway speed, great hands, great blocking, doing things we have never seen anyone do in the history of the game. Not to mention he’s an incredibly kind and humble dude. GOAT I remember being in the PSU stands screaming “JUST GIVE IT TO SAQUON!!” Still holds true

I stand by what I said, we have all seen incredible throws and catches but we have never seen a reverse hurdle and he truly made it look like he was playing against JV teams out there. At the 1:00 mark. Saquon just needed to run diagonally to his right and he would have had a 65 yard TD. This play drove me crazy when I initially saw it but he had a very similar run later on in the season and he scored by running diagonally (you know he watched the tape for this game and made the proper adjustments).
