Just to explain, She lost around 45Kilos which approximates to about 100Pounds; That is huge! She had a bit of a troubled childhood with her parents divorced, which turned out a bit rough, hence the spiral! She is great btw!

I did skip the technical part of it as I hopelessly couldn't understand or care for it 😂 The issue abt self harm and self destruction with food bcoz of depression is something I go through everyday for the past 11-12 yrs now. It is about 1 week or 1 day at a time and it does fail from time to time but to be on it and to keep urself motivated to control urself is a thing that helps a lot. I hope people realise this and make a positive move towards it
