Ahh. Them Ski-Gods; eh ? They scratch and Nina O'Brian ROCKS Huge Deflections into Inclination. They sneeze and Brignonioni goes out. They yawn and Lara Gutt has an off-day... They cough and Shiffrin bobbles, leans in, boots-out and.... Stereo-sonsen has a great time until she hits the bomb-crater... Sara = Hercules!! And The Hill gets a nod for being so Real!! What a Sport!!

I absolutely cheer for Shiffrin and love what she does , but to include more of her on race highlights than the girls on the podium is pretty disrespectful.

NBC was particularly bad. While others were skiing they just wouldn't shut up about how Shiffrin might do Saturday morning. 99% of people watching alpine skiing already know of her great achievements. No point in showing others racing if commentators don't care to analyze their runs.

Mikaela is definitely the GOAT and it would've been awesome to see her get 100 ,and possibly 101, in Killington. However, for the announcer to say " not the result we were looking for", is offside. Every racer has to ski the gates and cross the line. Shiffrin crashing doesn't diminish the lazer precise performance of Hector! Just sayin. Congrats to all competitors and all the best to Mikaela!

It seemed like a simple fall on the inside ski, which had a dramatic continuation... I hope everything will be okay with her. But Eurosport doesn't want to show the first attempt at slalom... Again, American tricks with the broadcast...

She posted on her Instagram. Appears to be okay except for a bad scrape and contusion on her left hip. Out for tomorrow, though. She has a month before the next slalom races with next week being cancelled.
