Campaign for people to vote against the candidates who spend the most. Encourage the use of nearly free media like the internet. There is no longer any need for expensive advertizing period. Money can be made to be a disadvantage and thus become superfluous. I already have a slogan for the campaign: How do you tell when a politician is lying? He buys a multi-million dollar ad campaign to say it.
