Neil I'll make this as short as possible but I'm having some anniversary syndrome, I felt compelled to tell you how valued you are. I was an IV drug user for a long time, I had no specific drug of choice I was an animal. Gratefully my time to get clean came but I had no idea what those first months would bring, sleep isn't one of those things. Nine days in my brain was a war zone misfiring and grossly imbalanced, I was WIDE AWAKE that whole time going insane. Having never heard of ASMR or anything I looked for a video to hypnotize myself to sleep lol sounds silly now but I was desperate. Instead I found a video of this British guy doing a guided meditation about sheep in a field or something..... INSTANT K.O.!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ it was a combination of the skill involved as well as hearing soft, kind words for the first time in idk how long but you reached across time, space and an ocean to hit the reset button in my brain and I can't thank you enough for that mercy. That was seven years ago next week, I wanted to make sure you know you helped me more than I can say, that sleep solidified my resolve and healed my brain, it was the most precious gift you've ever given anyone. ❤❤❤

I just try to make sure as I'm holding the door for the addict coming in behind me I tell everyone never underestimate the healing power of sleep

However, my heart kept feeling this feeling when the first reiki sign in this video was done.
