Thank you for explaining your process so clearly, Sarah Louise. I had been wondering how the roots would be imagined when someone is lying down. Also, one of the other reiki practitioners that I follow is really concerned about a ‘false metatron’ that they have felt spiritually attacked by. It’s like a bad spirit pretending to be archangel Metatron. Have you heard anything like that before?

Never heard of that and I wouldn’t put too much store to it as that’s only 1 person’s perspective. My perception is that if you worry about it you’ll manifest it. If you radiate “fright” out you’ll get “fright” back and these base energies look for ppl with that. So carry on and just work on extra protection. Instead of one protection add another 2 layers.

Really love your content so much Sarah Louise. The sessions are always helpful and relaxing. You are the best! But I noticed in the last video and in this video that there is background music. Personally background music makes me anxious. It distracts from feeling the reiki and listening to your voice. Would it be possible to make videos without background music again? Or an option with or without music? I would really appreciate it and also reading your opinion 🙏🏻💕

Well I will have to do some with and some without as most ppl want it and I’ve only just learnt how to do it after 4 years. In fact neil did that so I’m not even sure if I can replicate it. It’s very difficult to panda to all tastes but there will be both and something for everybody.
