That's a 'nuevo Dublin' accent my Irish friend just told me. Affluent areas alway had English vowels and now they've become very Americanised too, so it's like a weird non-Irish English/American mix which is native to Ireland and spreading across their country among the ranks of young middle class Irish girls who will in the future be raising children with such an accent. As a Scotsman, I hope that doesn't happen. I love me the real Irish accents
