If 2 people are together and no one else is there. One is restrained and unable to escape. Both are drunk. The restrained person passes away. Intentional or not, someone passed. The other person is gulity!!! Point.... blank.... period!!!! 2+2=4!!!!

Putting together Sarah's testimony with the Dr's testimony and it seems like Jorge might have had battered spouse syndrome. She yelled in the background of his phone calls. She managed and controlled his time. She definitely been arrested for abusing him. Edit: this prosecutor is fantastic

None of her actions are what a cowered battered person does. Not knowing for sure. He sounds like a guy that got abused and fought back occasionally. I wouldnt even doubt that she told him get in the suitcase or im going to clock you with this bat. And the loud noise was her shoving him down the stairs. I think he died the night before and she slept on it. Everything she says she contradicts later. Everything is a lie. She said in the interviews what do you want me to say. After talking to the expert drs she refined her story again to seem more battered always described how she controlled him.

Especially as she lied initially and said she didn’t want him to drink anymore and the bottle was empty but he ‘snuck out’ saying he was just getting cigarettes and came home with another bottle. She was with him!

The smashing tv video doesn't prove anything to me. If he was mad at her and trying to scare her, why would he let her film it? They were prob both drunk and their tv wasn't working anymore so he busted it up.

Is it narcissism to say "I excel at everything"? If my husband is in a fit of 'I'm destroying this tv and you are going to help me take it out" I'm not calmly recording it, especially if he knows it's being recorded. I'm too busy wondering if I'm next.

If this was just about her forgetting that her lover was in a suitcase that could be forgiven but she dragged him around the house and down the stairs just trying to do as much harm as possible, what she did she did with malice.

Just as she disagreed with her many attorneys, she wouldn't benefit by therapy. She excels in everything, a misunderstood saint, a martyr. She micro managed his, their life... tried to teach him how bad his drinking, by getting drunk with him. Tried to teach him what it is to be stifled, his aggression by putting him in a suitcase, beating him with a bat...Don't ya get it? She was sacrificing her own well being to "fix him."

@projectionv.accountability10107 сағат бұрын
Mark Sievers did the same thing. Nonstop writing. For normal people, it's a way to communicate with their attorney without speaking. Maybe for the depraved ones who think they're smarter than everyone else, they're using it to record/remember every detail of the one time in life when ALL attention is on them... because otherwise they're complete losers.

this PhD just cooked her goose IMHO -- there is no evidence of "force of control" -- just saying! -- by her own words, she was the force of control, making him do arts n crafts -- reducing this MAN, as she described him at the beginning of the relationship, to a child that she needed to keep busy!
