When men are vulnerable and emotionally intelligent enough to understand life is more than the material things they own, they become better people & this world is a better place. I liked the dialogue between the two bc it was a nonjudgmental, safe space. Thety both were genuine & authentic…Super informative conversation! I’m sending this to my man now 🥰

Women do not care if men are vulnerable and emotionally intelligent if he isn't attractive to a woman physically or financially .
@victorwperry7738

Women put us in that position of making material things a priority. We will sit and cry and then come in to a woman that either do not support you or they trash us. Women pit us against other men as a source of competition. Hey if I can't get from you I will have another man in my pocket. I know because each marriage I've had ended with them sleeping with other men. However women don't want to take accountability that they are the influences that destroy or make men.

@@gzonnellehanley2074 societal norms and expectations may lead to a tendency to blame others rather than facing difficult truths. Open communication, understanding, and personal growth are crucial for fostering healthier relationships and resolving conflicts. It's always beneficial to approach these topics with empathy and a willingness to understand different perspectives. Your perspective and his perspective could be right. At the same time. And if you are not aware of that then now you know. That is also why people argue! Because instead of trying to understand each other.., they argue over who is right and who is wrong. You give off as a woman that always wants to argue and be right. I’m praying for you. May we all become better people as the days go by. Peace & Love

What really touched me was when Sarah spoke about how her husband asked her how can he serve her. Men don't really understand how that can reveal the vulnerability in a woman with how she can trust Him and love him in a way that he does not know when he honors and protects her.

Sarah dropped a ton of gems!!! Anthony, until you remove the "cloak of fear" of being taken advantage of by a woman, you will not find your purpose partner. Please get out of your own way! Sarah said it best : Trust God with the entire process!! Trust him with the confirmation when he identifies the person for you. Do not control what the person will be later and what the outcome will be. Give your all and show up whole heartedly in the relationship. Please take these gems to heart.

“I wasn’t afraid to get married to Him because he brought all of him to the relationship”. When she said that, I immediately could relate. I remember being scared of marriage till I met my husband. He effortlessly included me in his life and made it clear my please that I didn’t have to ask or wonder. Ladies, when a man seriously wants you, you will know. You won’t wonder your place in his life💕. And I’m thankful for the interviewer’s willingness to be vulnerable, that made the whole interview relatable and smooth…

The one thing I got from this episode was confirmation on giving of my whole self in relationships that I value. I realized that I don't have many regrets when it ends because I had given my best at that moment. Even in the relationship I am in, I'm not scared to communicate my needs or set clear boundaries anymore because I am trusting God to move and reveal His Will for my life. This was a beautiful episode, well done guys!

Sooo many gems but these are my favorites. Can’t wait to read the book!

The most powerful thing I received from the interview is when Sarah said being willing to give all yourself to a relationship even if it does or doesn't work . Making that decision to overcome your fears. Also, you could be missing out on expanding your territory when you hold back. Praise God for giving her the ability to articulate it in a way everyone can receive it. Thanks for challenging many to confront their fears and convey what they could be missing if they don't.

I’ve never watched one of your episodes but this was amazing!!!! I learned that you are not afraid to own up to your mistakes and apologize for them. I learned about my Power and understanding how much of it I was giving away to others, my fears, and even toning myself down to prevent anyone’s feelings from being hurt! I watched this episode 4 times between yesterday and today. I’m sure there aren’t any more books left but I’m just grateful to be able to look back at this episode when times get rough! I also learned about what I bring to the table as a single woman in 2024🙌🏾

It's 6:20 PM EST at this time of commenting . Two weeks after the video was uploaded. ❤. I'm so happy 😊 and thrilled to have come upon this video of Mrs. Roberts. I'm so impressed with her and thank God. For the work he has done in her. I am a born again Christian. Who is facing serious challenges. Since my conversion. 😢My daughter dropped out of school at age 15. With pregnancy just before. She was slated to sit her external exams. I was so devastated and wondered what was going to happen. How were we going to cope. But God. During that time. I came across you testifying about. "What you did", as you put it at the time. I was so surprised. Being Bishop's daughter. But we have an enemy. Who seeks to kill steal and destroy us. My daughter doesn't want to know God 🙏. I told her about you and how God restored you. I asked her at the time. If she would like to share with others her experience. To help other young girls. Not to do the same thing. She wouldn't have any of it. I'm constantly in prayer and fasting. For salvation to come to my house. For God to heal the brokenness. She just won't listen to sound doctrine. She now has two children. Doing well in a Job but without the Lord 🙏. The other day 😊. I came across you on TBN. With the launch of your new book. I would like to gift my daughter it. As well as a bible. She's stiff necked. I'm so happy 😊 for how God has empowered you. Please continue to press on. You have inspired alot of people. I've not read your book yet but I'm definitely going to get a copy. I enjoyed this video. It was deep and very profound. God bless you 🙏 sister Roberts in all your endeavors. Please keep my family in your prayers. So that Power Moves in my house 😮. God bless you 🙏. P.S. I too am scared of intimacy. Getting hurt. I love who I am. As I wait on God 🙏. As I build. I love your reasoning.

As a mother wound healing coach, I’m so grateful they revisited the last conversation and unpacked the root cause of those beliefs about women. I hope AO has more conversations with men about how mothers shape their perceptions & expectations of women, and how the mother wound impacts (and often stands in the way of) romantic relationships. Just as wounded women often project their pain (daddy issues, mama trauma, etc.) onto the men they date, men do the same to us. Yet, it’s rarely discussed because we don’t offer enough space to address the mother wound. It’s very real and until we heal our inner child, it will keep us stuck in limiting beliefs. While we can honor our mothers for who they are, we have to be honest about some of the damage they caused and how it’s affecting our every day ADULT lives. ❤️🙏🏾

This was A LOT of confirmation for me. I’m a successful, divorced, mother of 1. Choosing to invest in myself and my daughter, until she leaves for college, has been an unpopular decision. What resonated most with me was her statement to you, “You will be grateful when you finish this journey, that you didn’t get married from this place.” All the healing, learning, and discovery during this season, has created the firm foundation needed for building he and I will do in our season. Excited to see you and yours in your future season too!

You are listening, taking criticism and genuinely seeking knowledge. I found you from your from time on Dave Ramsey, and I naturally followed you because you are a black man, but in all honesty as a black woman I did not feel like this space was always for me outside of your financial acumen, however, this growth is inspiring and I look forward to more "post therapy" conversations like this one. This interview had me on a Emotional Rollercoaster ride. First time hearing Sarah. I had to hear it back to back. I'll probably listen to it again. I have learned is my power has been lost for sometime. Been struggling probably since Covid. The best thing during that time. Was I got married to my beautiful wife. Things were great, until I changed. Not quite knowing why. Maybe, for being single for 10 years after my first marriage. And not answering to anyone but to myself. Here I am knowing what I got in front of me. And I'm messing it up. I understand when you feel like you lose power, then everything else follows. Would love to feel what a Power Couple feels like fot the first time in my life. I've learned you can't be to comfortable in a relationship. Don't always think everything is OK. But most of the time it's not. Each one in the relationship has got each other's back. Not just one. Sorry if I went on a rant here. Just telling you how I felt after listening. To all the Mothers out there. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!! I lost my mother 3 months ago 3 days before my birthday. So this Sunday will be a very difficult day for me.😢 But I'll get through it. 👊😎

I learned to appreciate my journey and to appreciate his and how we've met at this point in the journey to be strengthening and vulnerable, and they're both great and needed. This interview is going on my playlist! It has so many nuggets of wisdom and AO, I appreciate your transparency. This was real talk 😃

I am in my late 60’s and was having a tough day. God led me to your conversation and I have been blessed. Maybe I will be able to find some answers in Sarah’s book. God richly bless the both of you.

I learned to give your whole self in a relationship, when you see that it was brought by God. To allow yourself to be vulnerable, instead of moving in fear. This was much needed. Another amazing show!!! Thank you!!!

It was a very good show with Pastor Sarah Jake’s Roberts. I think Anthony being transparent about himself in trying to find a mate and her advice will help other men to look inwardly and help them understand themselves. It also helps women to understand men. Thanks for having her and I know Power Moves will be a blessing to everyone that will read it.

This was such a great conversation, not because it's two influencers but because humans have not recognized that this is the problem in dating, church, partnership, etc. There is power in the opposite sex bringing fruit to this world. Like, it's easier to be vulnerable in the right space. Love this

This was SO good! My God 🙏🏾 Thank you for always blessing us with your amazing presence and gems, Pastor Sarah! 🤍 I loved the conversation around fear. I struggle with the same challenges being a child who was a product of divorce. Its a DEEP wound that only God + therapy can heal!

I loved this show & the eye opening resolve it brought to me & your audience. I got the whole picture from Sarah’s view & straight forward voice & Anthony opening up and being vulnerable. As an older viewer ( I follow AO & Sarah) I’m sending this show to my four adult children. Thank you 🙏🏽 thank you.🙏🏽 😊❤love this channel.

I am ashamed to say that I was guarded when I saw Mrs. SJR due to non-sense. I decided to shut off the outside world and humble myself, and for that, I was blessed with sheer authenticity. She is powerful and thoughtful. Thank you. ❤ from Baltimore

I really like this podcast. There were alot of gems that were stated from Sarah Jakes Roberts. I love her analogy about the power as being water to fill up a balloon. Also I love when she stated that her husband was not afraid to go all the way in with her. And if she had any walls that were up, they were brought down because he made it safe for her. This was a great show. ❤

I loved the show. What i loved the most was When Sara said PT asked how could he be of service for her I imediatelly though “ I got to have a clear vision of who I am and where i am going to, so that when God brings the man He has for me, i will be able to answer correctly. It reminded me that this journey of discovering who i am in Christ and What God had in mind when He made me, is one i never have to give up.

Listening to you all talk it has encouraged me to do what I would love to do for my life is to be more of me and not be at all and I’m much older but it’s a young woman that God is giving so much wisdom. I wish I had or was able to do it at her age, so I’m gonna look over my life again and start doing things that I know that will build my life up in Christ Jesus cause I know I have so much to give and also I saw you in North Carolina Sunday service Union church about how to build your life as far as finances is concerned soif you can send me that book, I would love to have it

This was🔥 I hope it's not too late for the book. Being that my partner and I are seriously talking about taking the next steps, the most powerful thing I learned is that we as women should have capacity for him to evolve as well, which doesn't take away any of our power AND gives him a safe space.💕

This conversation was GOOD‼️ I love the concept of not needing to compete with our partner. Let's inspire one another instead of trying to out do or dominate one another. ‼️🔥🔥
