Sarah McCartney demonstrates how to use items that can be found around the house to smell train. Sarah is a perfumer and runs an independent perfumery called 4160 Tuesdays. She has also been a strong supporter of Fifth Sense since 2014 and we are so happy to have her demonstrate smell training!

Had covid all the way back in August my taste and smell hasn't fully recovered some things I still cant sense, been sniffing odours and things you showed in video but hasn't helped me, One of my friends recommended me to try out alkaline diet to cleanse my body but still unsure what's best

I have lost my smell 10 months ago due to covid. Now I everything smells distorted, fumes. I am losing hope that I will be able to ever smell back again. :(

It's been 10 months since I had my covid. The smell has returned partly but most of smells I feel wrongly, it's not like it was before and I cannot describe how any product smells except smell of coffee. I think it's about some neurological damage which, I sorry to say, is irreversible:(

22 months with faint smell , taste is still off . My palate and tongue feel like numb ... I think it's irreversible at this point 😭

My uncle recently underwent successful treatment for tongue cancer including chemo and radiation. It burned out much of his smell and taste, I wonder if this would help him.

My poohs and babies nappies smell the same as meat! Both smell like dead rats mixed with nail varnish
